Fake Sabatier Brands Are Everywhere

However, like all Sabatier knives, these knives are not dishwasher-safe. To clean it hand-wash with warm soapy water; rinse and dry immediately.
The built in honing sheath is really unique. It makes a cool ninja sound when you take it out and it actually works -- the knife feels sharper after every use.
Some models of this certain Sabatier brand is weighted at 6.4 ounces while this one is at 8.5 ounces, so the weight was good for me because the mass is all centered in the handle. I can just glide my hand while cutting with minimal effort.
